In December, we had the incredible opportunity to speak to two of Honduras' greatest specialty coffee producers, Evin Moreno & Benjamin Paz. We discuss the challenges and opportunities in Honduras at the moment for coffee farmers, and look at the initiatives they are taking to making a sustainable future for their production.

As you will notice, Benjamin is standing in a coffee field, and this conversation was recorded virtually, so occasionally the sounds can be a bit challenging. Evin also doesn't speak English, but Benjamin was very kind to translate for us.
